Joseph grew up in Ireland where he won 3 Irish National Junior Titles and played on the Irish International Tennis Teams. He earned a full tennis scholarship to Northern Kentucky where he played #1 singles and #1 doubles. Joseph competed on the men's professional tennis circuit for four years.
Joseph served as a personal coach to the Irish Davis Cup players. In addition, Joseph has coached top 100 ranked players from the ATP such as Jeff Salzenstein, Brian Vahaly, and Conor Niland. With this experience and his knowledge of tennis, he will ensure that top level coaching will continue to occur at the Fairhope Tennis Academy. Many of Joseph's players have earned tennis scholarships to prestigious universities throughout the United States. Joseph has a unique talent for teaching tennis from the complete beginner to the world class touring professional.
